Essential technology
The public LogStacker website stores your cookie preference locally so the banner does not appear on every visit. The private application uses an essential secure session cookie to keep signed-in users authenticated. It also stores the approved user’s stocktake recovery data locally so field work can continue offline. These functions are required to provide the service and cannot be disabled through the optional-cookie control.
Optional cookies
Optional analytics are off unless you actively select “Allow optional cookies.” LogStacker does not currently load an analytics service or advertising cookies. If optional analytics are introduced, they must check your saved preference before loading.
Change your choice
You can reopen the choice panel at any time. Choosing “Necessary only” keeps optional technology disabled.
Browser controls
You can also remove cookies and local website data using your browser settings. Clearing the private app’s local data may remove an unsynchronised offline stocktake, so reconnect and confirm “Saved to your account” first.
