Terms of use
Terms for accessing the LogStacker private beta.
Last updated: 13 September 2026
Beta service
LogStacker is currently supplied as a private beta. Access is discretionary, may require email verification and administrator approval, and may be changed, suspended or withdrawn while the service is developed.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential, providing accurate account details and notifying LogStacker if you suspect unauthorised access. Accounts must not be shared without permission.
Stocktake information
You remain responsible for information entered into LogStacker and for checking outputs before they are relied upon. LogStacker provides calculations and organisational tools; it does not replace professional judgement, contractual measurement rules or site-specific procedures.
Acceptable use
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt the service, upload unlawful material, interfere with another user’s information or use LogStacker in a way that could harm the service or others.
Availability and liability
The beta is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, LogStacker is not responsible for losses caused by unverified measurements, user input errors, connectivity failures or use contrary to applicable procedures. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Future subscriptions
No subscription payment is currently collected. Before paid plans begin, applicable prices, renewal periods, cancellation rights and additional terms will be displayed and agreed separately.
